Save the date: Rob was the state senator for the Cape and Islands and before that a Barnstable County Commissioner.  He is a professor at Massachusetts Maritime Academy and have a Ph.D in American History with degrees from Georgetown, Harvard, and Tufts universities.  He has three children and five grandchildren and lives in Cummaquid.
