Sponsor an Event
CCTC events, including First Friday breakfasts, quarterly evening meetings, the annual meeting, other events, and periodic socials are available for sponsorship.
A CCTC member can sponsor an event for $150 while non-member sponsorships are $200.
Sponsors receive the following opportunities to reach a dynamic audience in one sitting and many online repetitions:
- A hung banner (supplied by sponsor) at the front of the room where the event is held, prominent throughout the meeting and in photographs and news reports
- A table, to be staffed by the sponsor, with literature, samples, demos, etc. to introduce your organization and its work to members and other attendees
- Free e-mail visibility with prominent mention on events calendar website and in public announcements, with your logo
- Free attendance to the event for one person
- A 3-minute presentation before the start of the main program to all those in attendance
- Mention on CCTC’s Facebook, Twitter, Linked-In and other social media pages and in event press releases
- Distribution to attendees of your materials (supplied by sponsor)
