Mar 14: SNEEF- Legal & tax strategies for start-ups

Like it or not, we live in a legalistic environment – which is both a curse and a blessing. For entrepreneurs, the legal system can be both a bothersome, expensive thicket and a helpful, predictable tool. The savvy will be aware of legal opportunities and restrictions, especially as they influence corporate policy, intellectual property, securities, exit planning, and taxes.

The Southern New England Entrepreneurs Forum (SNEEF) will present “Legal and Tax Strategies for Startups” on  Thursday, March 14, 5:30-8:00 p.m., program by the Southern New England Entrepreneurs Forum (SNEEF), Advanced Technology and Manufacturing Center, 151 Martine Street, Fall River.

James Ernstmeyer, J.D., S.Sc., patent attorney and industry veteran, and Moderator: Neil McLaughlin, J.D., Prince, Lobel & Tye, Boston, with panelists who have overcome legal obstacles.
