The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod is the regional arts agency for Barnstable County, committed to strengthening and promoting Cape Cod’s arts and cultural industry throughout the year. We serve individual artists, cultural organizations, fine and performing arts groups and businesses, and cultural and historical establishments such as museums and archives.

Since 1968, capeAbilities, Inc. (formerly Nauset, Inc.) a non-profit organization, has provided housing, jobs, transporation, and therapeutic services for individuals with developmental disabilities on Cape Cod. Creating Opportunity is the method we use to help individuals meet their specific objectives.

We at capeAbilities believe that people with disabilities can participate in diverse community-based activities and fill valued roles in society. We believe people with disabilities have individual skills and personal characteristics that allow them to grow, develop and live quality lives when given the needed support and resources.
