SNEEF: Piranha Pond Pitch Party

Despite its ferocious name, no blood will be spilled at this year’s Piranha Pond Pitch Party on Sept. 11.
Selected entrepreneurs will receive five minutes to make a panel of investors understand and believe in their business vision and want to continue the conversation.
Attendance is free for SNEEF members
Not yet ready to pitch? Observe from the audience and gain tips to hone your pitch for next year.
The evening will follow a format similar to the popular television show Shark Tank, with investors providing feedback to entrepreneurs about their presentations and companies, and explaining why they decide to be “In” or “Out.”
If they are “In,” they will meet with the entrepreneur at a later time to discuss the entrepreneur’s company. If they are “Out,” there is no interest at this time. Again, the investor explains why he/she will not move forward with the presenter.
The Piranha Pond is September 11, from 5:30-8:00 p.m., at the Advanced Technology and Manufacturing Center, 151 Martine Street, Fall River.
SNEEF members attend free. Admission is $25 for 128 Innovation Capital Group members and $35 for all others.
